likes you. (Elbert Hubbard) |

Friends are family you choose for yourself. |
2005 January February March April May June July August September October November December 27th January, 2005. Some valuable lessons learned. During Christmas time, I thought that allowing myself to have some cooked food will be OK. It was only a couple of days, I convinced myself. I wanted to relax and blend in at a family event. Ha ha ha ha! Two days stretched into about a month. I remained high raw, but not close-to-100%-raw, and had perhaps just one cooked meal per day. Is there a difference between high-raw and 100%-raw? Oh yes, there is, and I know it very well now. After doing this for about a month, I finally had enough of unpleasant symptoms associated with cooked food. I am back to my favourite, fruit!!! Yes, recently I lost desire for vegies. I only want to eat fruit. So, I eat fruit all day and I feel great! Nectarines, peaches, mangoes, rockmelon, watermelon, bananas, grapes, yum yum yum! We are moving to another state, where I got a lecturing job. During packing up, I got rid of all my cook-books and herbs. I kept my raw books. We got rid of a lot of other junk as well. Hurray! next |
