This recent time has been a very blessed period in my life. I reunited with my soul. Raw foods are great for the body, and I have enjoyed my raw journey immensly, but in the midst of this, forgot to care after my soul. It can be easy to forget oneself in the diet, especially since the results of eating all those hydrating fruit and vegies are so amazing. It can be easy to think that one knows all the answers. However, I see things from a different perspective now. For myself, I know that the diet makes a big difference in my wellbeing, but even a bigger difference makes my attitude. The only attitude that I find I can live with happily is that of allowing myself and others be free. Suffocating myself or others with the dietary concepts is something I can't live with. I feel a great sense of relief having arrived at this conclusion. I breathe. :))) 24th October, 2008 My Desiderawta
