Tasty cottage cheeze:
Process (in a food processor)
- 2 cups of almonds (soaked overnight, measured before
soaking), and
- 1 cup of rejuvelac.
Add to it
- sliced red capsicum,
- sliced small onion, and
- a bunch of chopped parsley.
Mix well. Put in a glass bowl, cover with a cloth and let it mature for
about 24 hours or longer, until slightly sour. You may use as a
dip/spread.
